Home Ownership Grant Funds

We get it. Downpayments, closing costs, a mortgage – it all sounds like a lot! And a lot to save for. This year, we are proud to partner with Federal Home Loan Bank to offer two incredible grant programs.

Home Ownership Set-Aside Program 2025:

The Homeownership Set-Aside Program is built to help low-moderate income first-time buyers with downpayments and closing costs.

• Grant Funds Available Beginning March 3, 2025
• Maximum subsidy per household: $15,000

HOPE Program 2025:

The HOPE Program is another offering that we are so excited about! This grant program is not limited to first-time buyers and is meant to provide access to homebuyers that do not traditionally receive support but may need assistance with down payment, closing costs, or eligible repairs.

• Grant Funds Available Beginning March 3, 2025
• Maximum subsidy per household: $12,500
• Properties must be in NE
• Restrictions apply. Available on a first-come first-serve basis. Talk to a Loan Officer today for more details.
