Education/Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience and/or retail management experience preferred.
  • Ability to proactively solicit new business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong background in sales and sales management practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.

Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills with the ability to take initiative when responding to customer needs. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer’s day-to-day financial transactions. This position is also responsible for assisting customer’s in opening accounts and educating them on all the services Lincoln Federal Savings Bank offers to help them reach their financial goals.

Mortgage Loan Processor

The Mortgage Loan Processor will play a crucial role in the mortgage lending process, ensuring that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process loan applications for several different types of mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) from the time of loan application to loan closing.
  • Obtain and verify all necessary documentation, such as income statements, tax returns, credit reports, and property appraisals.
  • Order third-party services such as title insurance, appraisals, tax transcripts, flood certificates, etc.
  • Generate initial disclosures, verifications, closing documents, etc.
  • Monitor loan progress and provide regular updates to customers, loan officers, underwriters, real estate agents, and home builders through the entire loan process.
  • Compile and organize loan files in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare loan packages for underwriting review, including all required documentation, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations governing mortgage lending.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience with Mortgage loan processing, preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
