What are E-Statements?
  • Electronic Statements (E-Statements) are an electronic version of your monthly account statements that you can view, search, save, and print from your computer or mobile device. 
How long are my E-Statements available?
  • Your E-Statements will be archived for up to 18 months so you can view past statements with ease. 
When are E-Statements sent out?
  • E-Statement alerts are sent out monthly by email. This is why you will need to provide us with an email address in order to sign-up. 
Can I print my E-Statements?
  • Yes. You will have the ability to print your statements from your device.
How do I enroll for E-Statements?

Before enrolling for E-Statements, you must enroll in Online Banking. A pdf viewer is required such as Adobe Acrobat. Often this is already installed on your computer. If it is not, you can install it here

  • Desktop: Login to online banking, click 'Accounts', click 'Statement Preferences', click 'E-Statements' and the accounts for which you want E-Statements. You will recieve an email alert when your next statement(s) are electronically available.
  • App: Login to the mobile app and click on the menu icon in the top left corner. Click ‘Account Services’. Click ‘Statement Preferences’ – your current statement preferences will be listed. Select the account(s) you wish to change to Electronic Only. Click ‘Verify Statement Preferences’ and agree to the terms and conditions. Download the PDF with Access Code. Save Statement Preferences. You will receive an email alert when your next statement(s) are electronically available.
What if my email has changed?
  • Desktop: Login to online banking. Select ‘Customer Service’ and follow the on-screen prompts to change your email.

  • App: Login. Click on the menu icon on the upper left. Click ‘Email’. Enter your new email address and verify the email change.

  • Phone: Call your local branch to update your account.
