Meet the Lender: Ryan Trausch

Lincoln Federal's, Ryan Trausch, has been making the construction loan process enjoyable and as stress free as possible for many years. With his approachable and friendly personality, his customers know they will get great rates and service.

Ryan Trausch has been with Lincoln Federal since 2009 when he began as an underwriter for commercial loans. When he became a Construction Loan Officer at the main Lincoln branch, he was excited to be able to meet with the customers face to face to understand their financing needs. “It takes an ability to listen to the customer and look at each person’s situation individually to figure out what is going to work best for them,” says Ryan.

Construction loans provide the interim financing the borrower or builder uses to construct their home. The loan is interest-only based on the amount outstanding and is generally for a term up to 12 months. The permanent financing pays off the construction loan once the home is completed.

Lincoln Federal is a leader in the industry with rates and fees that stay competitive with other lenders. Whether you are an experienced builder or a family looking to build for the first time, Lincoln Federal Savings Bank is with you every step of the way to make sure you are informed of the process. We also offer highly competitive rates, low closing costs and in-house underwriting for both construction and permanent financing.

“If you are interested in new construction (or even if you’re not), I would recommend visiting homes showcased in the Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s (HBAL) Parade of Homes,” says Ryan. “This event happens twice a year in May and October and provides potential buyers with an opportunity to see what different builders have to offer.”

In his personal life, Ryan and his wife have five young kids. They like to spend their free time going to sporting events and biking. They are also highly involved with their church and enjoy helping with other philanthropic organizations in Lincoln such as HBAL, Junior Achievement, Cub Scouts, Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach.
