Meet the Lender: Mike Isaacson

Growing up on a farm in Holdrege, NE, Mike Isaacson learned the benefits of a hard work ethic and how great it feels to watch something grow because of a person's dedication. When he went away to college in Illinois, he took a job as a teller in a bank and could see how he could apply the skills he developed in the field to helping his customers. He came back to the farm after graduating but realized that he missed the one-on-one interaction with people.

Mike has now been a part of the Lincoln Federal Savings Bank family for 30 years. He specializes in originating mortgage loans for people who are looking to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Some of his favorite memories are meeting couples at the hospital for closings, anticipating bringing their newborns to their new homes.

He wants people to know that he is extremely dedicated to helping people accomplish their goals. He often says, "There's no such thing as a denial, just a delayed approval." He takes pride in being creative and offering his customers ideas and strategies to get the financing in place for their unique situation. With 30 years of experience, he has seen it all and can come up with the right solution for each customer.

When he's not working hard for his customers, Mike is cheering on his seven grandkids in their sporting and arts activities. He considers himself a "professional" fan and loves letting his family know how important they are. His dedication to family is one of the things that makes him such a great loan officer and an asset to the Lincoln Federal community.
