2. Get Pre-Qualified

Fill out an application through the app, by visiting your loan officer’s website, or in-person. Pre-Qualification shows sellers that your offer is serious. We recommend getting pre-qualified prior to beginning your house hunt.

3. Submit Your Documents

Documents can be securely requested and submitted through the app. We highly recommend this option for our borrowers. We do welcome paper submissions as requested by our borrowers.
