Susan has worked at the Bank as a Customer Service Representative for 25 years. During this time, she obtained a master’s degree in communications from UNO and notes, “As someone who never expected to have a banking career, this has never felt like a job to me. I enjoy coming to work and seeing what the day has to offer.”
Susan has developed strong relationships with her customers in her time at the Bank. She says her, “customers have become like family to me. I enjoy celebrating in their life moments.” Susan continues to build relationships with customers and aid in strengthening the Bank’s relationship in the Omaha community.
