David Boehle has dedicated over two decades to the financial services industry, starting as a bank teller in 1998. With 23 years in lending and over 11 years originating mortgage loans, David has become a trusted advisor, thriving on building relationships and helping clients achieve homeownership.

David loves getting to know his clients, finding solutions to their challenges, and seeing their excitement and gratitude. He values his customers' eagerness to learn and their joy in buying a home.

Family is a cornerstone of David's life. Married to Mandy, a teacher, they have three children: Brayden, a junior at Doane studying Business Administration and Agribusiness; Tristen, a senior at Malcolm aspiring to play college football and study Sports Management; and Griffen, a seventh grader.

David holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Wayne State College. In his free time, he coaches youth sports, rides his bicycle, enjoys boating and water sports, and aims to improve his golf and fishing skills.

Active in his community, David participates in networking groups, coaches, supports high school booster associations, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Lincoln. His life motto is: "Faith makes all things possible, Love makes all things easy, Hope makes all things work, and Family makes life worth living." He also believes in respect, kindness, and the importance of daily laughter.

David's personal hero is his dad, who has been a guiding role model. Additionally, David has a passion for cooking and barbecuing, adding a creative touch to his life.
