Celebrating Amy Haeffner’s Graduation from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking

At Lincoln Federal Savings Bank, we’re proud to invest in the growth and development of our people—and Amy Haeffner is a perfect example of where that can lead.

What started as a part-time job nearly 27 years ago has turned into a remarkable journey in leadership. We’re proud to share that she has officially graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, a highly respected program held in partnership with The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. And just as exciting—Amy was recently promoted to Senior Vice President / Chief Mortgage Officer.

Stonier is known across the banking industry for its challenging curriculum and leadership focus. Balancing the program with full-time work and family life over the past three years took serious commitment—but Amy’s competitive spirit and determination kept her moving forward.

“Stonier challenged me in the best ways—professionally and personally,” Amy shared. “Balancing this program with work, family, and real life wasn’t always easy, but it was absolutely worth it.”

She also took time to thank her biggest supporters—her husband, kids, parents and mother-in-law—for helping make it possible, especially during the weeks she was away for in-person sessions.

“A special thanks to Lincoln Federal Savings Bank for encouraging me and investing in my development,” she added. “I’m also so grateful for the friendships and connections I made at Stonier. The long days, great conversations, shared meals, and good laughs made the journey even more meaningful.”

Amy’s story is one of hard work, personal growth, and the kind of loyalty that makes our bank what it is. We’re lucky to have her, and we’re excited to see what she’ll do next in her new leadership role.

Please join us in congratulating Amy on this incredible achievement—we’re proud of you!
