Our Response to Coronavirus

Update as of April 6, 2020:

As we navigate the changes brought about by the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that, above all else, we remain committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Over the past few weeks, we have intensified cleaning practices at all of our locations and have issued health and safety guidance for our employees to follow during customer interactions.

As we work to ensure your banking needs are met, you may notice the following changes:

  • Health Questions: You may be asked screening questions before entering the building to ensure the safety of our employees.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Although the CDC does not require our employees to use gloves or wear masks, many of our employees may be seen utilizing PPE during this time.
  • Temporary Change in Hours: Our hours may change at some locations in an effort to limit exposure. View current hours here.
  • Drive-Thru Service: Many of our locations are serving customers only through the drive-thru. All of our normal services can be provided by this protective method.

Please continue to follow guidance from the CDC, which advises to wash your hands often, practice social distancing, cover coughs and sneezes, and clean & disinfect frequently.

Your safety and the safety of our employees is our top priority. As we navigate the COVID-19 virus it is important to take precautions and do our part to prevent this virus from spreading.

Our offices are prepared to serve our customers by appointment or at the drive-thru. We are able to process payments, deposits, open new accounts and more all from our drive-thrus. If your local branch does not offer drive-thru services, please see additional information below. 

If you do not need to meet with a banker, please use the drive-thru or feel free to leave your transaction in the night depository or simply send it in the mail. 

For balance inquiries, transfers, and bill pay, give us a call or download our app and utilize our online banking services. The use of debit cards and mobile payments are easy ways to keep yourself protected - these payment methods reduce the spread of germs by requiring only you to touch them.
